Pulse/Airhart (Netcompany)

During my three years as an Interface Consultant at Netcompany in Copenhagen, I worked on adapting the PULSE platform to the needs of clients across several industries, including supply chain, transportation, and energy. PULSE is a data-driven control-tower platform that provides teams with a consolidated view of their operations, helping them monitor activities, identify potential issues, and coordinate their responses.

Most recently, I designed and implemented UI features for AIRHART at Munich Airport. AIRHART is built on PULSE and brings together information from different systems in a shared interface with dedicated dashboards. AIRHART helps staff across departments coordinate activities, react proactively to potential disruptions, and make better-informed operational decisions.

My responsibilities included analysing requirements in close collaboration with the client and project team. Based on these requirements, I assessed which existing platform widgets could be reused and where new components needed to be developed. I designed dashboards and UI-widgets in Figma following the established PULSE design system, documented design and functionality and implemented new widgets using Angular and TypeScript.
